The compact AL-Q welding cell delivers maximum productivity wherever consistent weld seam quality is essential, e.g. in medical technology, aerospace, or sensor technology.
Pulsed and cw welding – with the AL-Q you can choose between 150 W and 600 W of laser power.
WINLaser® 5 – The New Generation of Laser Control
Fully developed by ALPHA LASER
With WINLaser 5, we present a powerful control system that is entirely our own – from architecture to implementation. The system architecture is based on high-quality industrial components from B&R Automation and impresses with:
- Reduced complexity
- Greater scalability
- Security by design
- Maximum system availability
- Improved performance
This well-thought-out foundation guarantees reliable and high-performance control of all laser processes.
Future-proof & Connected
We rely on OPC UA – the platform-independent communication standard of the industry for secure, reliable, and interoperable data transmission. Even today, we meet the requirements for Cyber Resilience under the CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) – ensuring maximum security and future viability.
WINLaser® CSP – The Connectivity Service Package for Industry 4.0
Smart production integration for your ALPHA LASER system
The WINLaser CSP Connectivity Service Package is the smart solution for production integration – developed based on the powerful WINLaser 5 system architecture.
This innovative package takes your manufacturing to the next level:
- Optimized production workflows
- Intelligent job management
- Interface standard UMATI (Universal Machine Technology Interface), giving machines a common language for Industry 4.0.
The right fixture for maximum efficiency and ergonomics
The right fixture plays a key role in throughput, precision, and ease of use. Our rotary axes offer the ideal solution for your laser welding application:
- Versatile options: Choose between pneumatic collet chuck or jaw chuck – for maximum flexibility in workpiece handling.
- Convenient operation: Precise control and easy handling, e.g. via foot switch, ensure a smooth process.
- Generous openings: Our rotary axes allow open workpiece diameters of up to 34 mm – ideal for a wide range of component sizes.
- Seamless integration: The fixtures are fully integrated into the WINLaser control system – for continuous processes without interface issues.
Already using a fixture and want to integrate it into an AL-Q system? Or still looking for the right workpiece holder? No problem – we’re happy to advise. On request, we’ll check the compatibility of your existing solution or develop a new fixture tailored precisely to your production needs and the specific requirements of laser welding.
