The right fixture for maximum efficiency and ergonomics

The right fixture plays a key role in throughput, precision, and ease of use. Our rotary axes offer the ideal solution for your laser welding application:

  • Versatile options: Choose between pneumatic collet chuck or jaw chuck – for maximum flexibility in workpiece handling.
  • Convenient operation: Precise control and easy handling, e.g. via foot switch, ensure a smooth process.
  • Generous openings: Our rotary axes allow open workpiece diameters of up to 34 mm – ideal for a wide range of component sizes.
  • Seamless integration: The fixtures are fully integrated into the WINLaser control system – for continuous processes without interface issues.

Already using a fixture and want to integrate it into an AL-Q system? Or still looking for the right workpiece holder? No problem – we’re happy to advise. On request, we’ll check the compatibility of your existing solution or develop a new fixture tailored precisely to your production needs and the specific requirements of laser welding.
