High-Precision Process Head for Automated Wobble Welding

The LASERHEAD-W is a compact high-power process head designed for wobble laser welding, ideal for demanding applications with ALPHA LASER systems. Thanks to programmable wobble movements, it enables optimized heat distribution, reliably bridges gaps, and minimizes crack formation – especially in critical materials like aluminum. Its modular design allows for flexible integration into automated production processes.
