AL-PF – Precise powder feeding for laser powder deposition welding

The AL-PF provides highly accurate and controlled delivery of powder materials for laser powder deposition welding. It can be operated directly with ALPHA LASER systems, such as ALFlak or AL-ROCK, but also functions independently if required.

Thanks to its precise rotational speed control of the dosing plate, powder is fed with high accuracy. The well-engineered design includes a transparent Plexiglas dosing unit, allowing for clear visual monitoring of the powder flow process.
