Rotating Axis
Precise workpiece fixation and rotation for WINLaser and
PLC controlsThe rotary axis AL-RD-M is available in two versions: for a 3-jaw chuck or for a pneumatic collet. It enables precise fixation of the workpiece in the desired position during laser welding, while the workpiece can rotate in a controlled manner around its own axis.
The rotary axis can be tilted by 90° in both directions and features an integrated indexing in 15° increments. The rotational speed can be controlled either via the joystick rocker switch, via the operating terminal of the ALPHA LASER system, or via the software WINLaser® 4 and 5, as well as the AL PLC control compatible with a baud rate of 500 kBaud.
