WINLaser® CSP – The Smart Industry 4.0 Solution for Your Production

Maximize the efficiency of your manufacturing processes with the WINLaser Connectivity Service Package (CSP). Designed for seamless integration of ALPHA LASER systems, WINLaser CSP offers intelligent job management and flexible connectivity via OPC UA or REST API. Thanks to state-of-the-art standards in data protection, cybersecurity, and communication, you can sustainably optimize your production processes – securely, efficiently, and future-ready. In addition, WINLaser CSP supports the open interface standard UMATI (Universal Machine Technology Interface), which provides machines with a common language for Industry 4.0 communication.

CSP Job Management

The CSP Job Management allows for loading the saved program information
(parameterization of WINLaser 5) by scanning a job code or entering the job number
into the input mask.

The system operator scans the customer-generated batch code with the hand-held barcode scanner.

CSP Job Management Basic loads the WINLaser 5 parameter set stored for this code in the look-up table.

Customer-specific setup information can be displayed to the operator.

Is WINLaser CSP Job Management relevant for your application case? This application check provides you with the answers.

  • In my production, there are frequent product changes.

  • It is essential to avoid processing my workpieces with incorrect parameters.

  • My established quality system requires taking measures to avoid production errors.

  • Batch/order numbers are used in my production.

  • My system operator should benefit from product-specific setup information that can be displayed during product changes.

  • My system operator should be able to benefit from features such as parts counters.

Interface

Is the WINLaser® CSP Interface relevant for your application case? This application check provides you with the answers.

  • The ALPHA LASER system should be connected to the existing IT infrastructure.
  • Certain states of the system, such as operational status, warnings, or media consumption, must be captured.
  • The collection of specific process data is required.
  • A standardized interface is preferred to avoid having to create a custom specification.
  • Individual requirements for IT integration must be taken into account.
  • An interface to the system is necessary, for example, for the integration of an image processing module or an automation connection.
  • Machine operators are subject to specific access regulations that should be supported by the ALPHA LASER system.
