•     Laser welding: Laserschweißen ermöglicht die Verbindung von Werkstoffen, die eine hohe Wärmeleitfähigkeit oder Schmelztemperatur haben, und somit nur schwer verbindbar sind. Dazu verwenden unsere Laserschweißanlagen Faserlaser und Nd: YAG Laser, deren punktgenauer Energieeintrag einen Verzug des Werkstücks verhindert. 

•     Powder deposition welding: The service life of workpieces is considerably increased by deposition welding. This makes components and tools more resistant. The fiber lasers deliver the corresponding power of 450/900 watts. 

•     Laser hardening: Laser hardening is used to specifically influence metal components in order to prevent wear and deformation. The mobile laser hardening system from ALPHA LASER scans and hardens the workpiece precisely and to the exact contour. Our laser hardening system can be used flexibly on the workpiece, saving time and money. 

•     Laser cutting: Laser cutting systems can be used to cut almost all metallic materials up to 3 mm thick. The process enables the finest structures to be cut out and offers a high degree of flexibility in the design of cutting contours.
