AL-IN SERIES

OUR ENTRY-LEVEL LASER SYSTEM FOR LASER WELDING

The AL-IN is a robust and extremely flexible laser system for laser welding of small and large parts.

The AL-IN consists of the Nd:YAG or fiber laser source AL or AL-F combined with the X, Y, Z movement system AL-T base. The Nd:YAG devices are available with 120, 150, 200 or 300 W, fiber devices with 150, 300, 450 or 600 W. You can use the integrated touch panel to teach surfaces, access apps for rotary components or to control an optional wire feed system.

The angle of the touch panel can be adjusted or it can even be removed completely from the holder for free placement close to the welding process.

The system is characterized by its great flexibility.

The parts to be welded can be positioned independently from the movement system because a wide variety of work tables can be placed in front of the lifting column.

Or you can weld directly on the pallet truck or pallet. This is possible because the resonator can be turned to the side or back (nearly 360°). The resonator, which sits in a slide rail, can also be placed far forward. This gives you the flexibility to weld small and large workpieces. Optionally we supply a fixed table top for the lifting column.

The special feature about the AL-IN is that it is not the workpiece that is moved, but the resonator.

The AL-IN also offers expansion options.

Technical accessories

Ergo wedge 5°-25°

Enables tilting of the binocular for ergonomic working.

Laser Wire Feed System AL-DV for automated and manual laser wire deposit welding (only in combination with a laser work bench)

Welding wires from 0,2 – 1,6 mm can be fed automatically

Rotary axis module

For welding cylindrical parts Tiltable for horizontal to vertical rotational movement. With chuck Ø 125 mm and inside diameter 24 mm

Turn and tilt objective

Our tilting objective significantly eases work in difficult workpiece positions. In the objective's full 360° rotational range, the beam can be directed continuously up to 40° from the vertical. Moving the workpiece is not required. The beam can be conveniently directed towards difficult to access locations while maintaining an ergonomic work posture. With focusing objective f = 150, LED ring light and protection glass
