The preselection process can take some time. After sending us your documents, please allow 2-3 weeks. Thank you!

You are investing your time into a good application and will get an answer from us even if it does not amount to a personal meeting.

Is the Advertised Position Still Vacant?

Yes, all open positions listed on our website are current. Positions that have been filled are removed immediately.

Can I Apply Proactively?

Even if there is no specific job opening listed, you are welcome to apply proactively.

What Does the Initial Training at ALPHA LASER Entail?

Your colleagues are looking forward to meeting you and will gladly assist you during initial training.

Is Continuing Education Encouraged?

It is important to us that our employees keep evolving professionally and socially. This is why we offer tailored internal and external courses.

Are Internships Paid?

Yes. Students who complete a practical semester with us are also compensated.

Do You Offer Working Student Positions?

As a working student, you can work with us in the development department in the areas of construction, document management, or directly in exciting projects.

There are also concepts to be implemented on an ongoing basis in the marketing department.

What Working Time Arrangements Are in Place for Working Students?

You may work as many hours as you wish. But no more than 20 hours per week are allowed in during the semester. During semester breaks you may work up to 40 hours. You must be enrolled during this time.
