ALPHA LASER Original Spare Parts –
Get the Most Out of Your Laser System

Our laser systems consist of up to 3200 individual parts, many of which are customized for our lasers. The components and the way they interact thus provide maximum safety, performance, and durability. Our flash lamps, laser protection windows, or the air and water filters, for example, are original spare parts that are only available from ALPHA LASER. Only original spare parts from ALPHA LASER guarantee flawless operation of our laser systems.

We guarantee the availability of all our spare parts for at least ten years. In order for us to also guarantee the high quality of ALPHA LASER,

we implemented stringent inspections for incoming supplier parts as well as quality controls before delivering our lasers.  We also offer an exchange program for some of our electronic components, such as circuit boards and power supplies, without any warranty loss. 

To return an item, you first need an RMA (return material authorization) from ALPHA LASER, which will ensure that the return shipment is processed quickly and accurately. You can request an RMA by e-mail or by calling our technical support (see below for contact information).

The following information is required:

• Serial number and laser type designation of the laser system (see type plate)
• Brief description of the fault
• Delivery note number
