The LASERHEAD-L is a laser optics for fully or partially automated laser welding or powder deposit welding. The laser process is quickly and easily set-up and monitored by means of a camera. 

All tailored versions of the laser optics are completely water-cooled and therefore suitable for continuous operation.

With this welding optics you are extremely flexible. Thanks to its modular design, a wide variety of individually tailored process heads can be put together after a detailed analysis of requirements.  There is a choice of six different fiber plug adapters and four different objectives. A choice can be made between manual or motorized collimation. The mechanical interface is available in three different variants. Two different cross jet versions are available to achieve high protective glass lifetimes. For optimum gas coverage, it is also possible to choose from two different protective gas feeds (see illustration of  the different choices).
